Business SIP Trunk Plans

SIP Trunks are a business grade IP Voice or VoIP communication solution. More simply put, a Cloud-based calling package that is provided through a business grade broadband service. SIP Trunks are comparable with traditional phone lines, in that, once the line is connected to your business there is still a need for specific hardware. A PBX or SIP Gateway is required to manage your call routing and functions such as voicemail and music on hold. The Fine Print

1. In order to access the Service, you will need a dedicated fixed line broadband Internet connection, such as ADSL 2+ or Business Grade Data you will also need an IP-PBX or SIP Gateway to connect to our SIP Trunks. 2. The service must be accessed with a router and a broadband ADSL2+ or Business Grade Data service supplied by us to our specifications. The Service is designed to allow users to bring their own device (IP-PBX or SIP Gateway), but we do not offer any guarantee or assurance that all devices will be compatible and function with the Service. 3. The broadband speed required for the Service will depend on the number of concurrent calls and codec used by your device. We recommend that you have a dedicated Broadband connection for Voice services. Data transmission demands on your network may cause the bandwidth available for voice transmission to be limited if voice and data share the same connection. 4. Extra charges will be incurred for freight for any hardware. 5. Minimum 10 DID numbers purchased in blocks of 10 at $5.00 per month per block of $10 numbers. 6. Porting is charged per application. 7. International Calls are allowed by default, if you require this feature to be blocked you will need to contact us. 8. SIP Channels must be purchase in a minimum of 2 channels, and then can be purchased singularly. 9. The minimum term is 1 month for SIP10 services and 12 months for SIP25 & SIP50 services. 10. The minimum commitment is; for 1 month, $80.00 on SIP10 (including 2 channels at $20.00, a 10 number DID at $5.00, and set up fee of $55.00); for 12 months $715.00 on SIP25 (including 2 channels at $50.00 x 12, a 10 number DID at $5.00 x 12, and once off set up fee of $55.00); and $1315.00 on SIP50 (including 2 channels at $100.00 x 12, a 10 number DID at $5.00 x 12, and set up fee of $55.00). 11. Setup fee of $55.00 is incurred for every SIP channel over the initially 2 channels.
