MyPBX Complete Plans

Cable & Cloud provide specialised Hosted PBX solutions, at a fraction of the cost of traditional phone systems. A Cable & Cloud’s Hosted PBX service acts and functions in the same way as a traditional PBX, however, is more cost-effective and provides greater functionality. Hosted in Australian data centres located in Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane, with only minimal routing hardware and phone handsets are required in your office. With the PBX hardware hosted offsite, the costs associated with purchasing a traditional PBX system are avoided, instead, opting for a low ongoing monthly service licence for the system, and scalable handset licence fees. This can all be achieved at a fraction of the cost of the high monthly line rental charges most businesses are used to.

    4: Choose Your Hardware

    We tailor your Hosted PBX Solution to meet your needs, that includes the hardware. With a range of Yealink & Cisco handsets, Cisco & Mikrotik routers and Cisco, Alloy & TP Link switches, we will design your solution to meet your needs whilst remaining economical. We also offer leasing of hardware so you can have a new Hosted PBX System to replace your current traditional PBX, and usually, cash flow positive when compared to your current telco costs. 

     

    The Fine Print

    1. If not stated otherwise, all prices quoted are exclusive of GST. 2. All network charges are billed from Cable & Cloud PTY LTD (Cable & Cloud). 3. In order to access the service, you will need a dedicated fixed line broadband Internet connection, such as ADSL 2+, NBN or Symmetrical Ethernet Connection, you will also need an IP Phone and may need extra hardware depending on your set up e.g. router and switches, this product comes with all required services included as part of the monthly account and finance package. 4. Broadband has a minimum commitment term of 12 months for ADSL services and 24 months for NBN and Symmetrical Broadband Services. My PBX Complete system and handset licenses are on a month by month agreement. 5. Finance to approved business customers with an ABN. 6. Finance documentation fee of $110.00 inc GST applies. 7. Direct Debit Customers only. 8. Equipment finance is provided by Braunton Capital, Level 9, 140 Arthur Street, North Sydney, NSW 2060 P: +61 412156624. 9. Individual circumstances may affect monthly repayments for financed equipment, Cable & Cloud is not responsible for the financed component of these plans, with the customer responsible for meeting all repayments with the Braunton Capital in accordance with the finance agreement. 10. The Minimum Monthly Charge inc GST displayed on this brochure are subject to change, and are correct at time of publishing (13/04/16). 11. The Hardware Cost ex GST displayed on this brochure are approximate, as supplied by Braunton Capital and are correct at time of publishing (13/04/16). 12. The Hardware Cost is in addition to any system or handset licence, and if leased is paid directly to Braunton Capital. 13. Errors and Omissions excepted. 14. Finance is supplied as part of a finance lease with a residual of $55.00 inc GST payable at end of contract term to take ownership of equipment. 15. Extra charges will be incurred for freight for any hardware, these will be invoiced separately. 16. Early Termination fee will incur charges compromised of your minimum monthly commitment as per your agreement with Cable & Cloud multiplied by the months remaining on your contract. 17. Access to the Cable & Cloud MyPBX Hosted PBX Service is subject to provision of a suitable internet connection to the business premises. 18. Cable & Cloud will not supply MyPBX Hosted PBX service over a non-Cable & Cloud provided network or internet connection. An ADSL2+ connection is the minimum connection type preferred; factors such as Internet speed, line quality, congestion, network traffic, etc may affect call quality. The broadband speed required for the Service will depend largely on your network demands. Data transmission demands on your network may cause the bandwidth available for voice transmission to be limited if voice and data share the same connection. 19. Cable & Cloud will not supply a MyPBX Hosted PBX service over any non-Cable & Cloud supplied equipment. 20. Cable & Cloud cannot provide the MyPBX Hosted PBX service in all areas where it does not have a point of presence. 21. If you port your numbers to Cable & Cloud there is a minimum porting for of $55.00 inclusive of GST. 22. If you port your numbers to Cable & Cloud, you will not be able to port your numbers from Cable & Cloud should you relocate beyond the boundaries of your local exchange where the numbers were allocated. 23. Cable & Cloud MyPBX Hosted PBX is not designed for use with a back to base alarm, EFTPOS, franking machines, and other non-essential communications applications. 24. Local landline and standard national landline calls are included within the plan. 25. Calls to mobiles, 13, 1300, 19, international and all other call types are charged according to the rates provided by Cable & Cloud, a copy of which are available upon request if not indicated within your pricing table above. 26. A minimum 10 Direct In Dial (DID) numbers are required, the initial 10 DID numbers are supplied with your plan, should any additional numbers be required these must be purchased in blocks of 10. 27. International Calls are blocked by default, if you require this feature to be activated you will need to contact us. 28. Site data cabling may be required and is not included as part of the plan. 29. Hardware is financed based on full suggested retail price, for a copy of the individual prices of hardware items in your quote configuration please request a copy from your Cable & Cloud agent or Cable & Cloud directly. 30.
